Allegra® X-22 and Allegra® X-22R Centrifuges by Beckman Coulter® For Samples from 250µl to 180ml Digital Display and Touch Panel Controls
These centrifuges are ideal for pelleting, binding studies, nucleic acid precipitation, immunoassays, protein extraction and concentration, and sample preparation. They feature a brushless induction drive motor which provides quiet, maintenance-free operation. Digital displays indicate actual speed, set speed, temperature and rotor imbalance. Centrifuges also feature multiple acceleration and deceleration rates. Optional rotors spin 250µl tubes to 180ml bottles, in addition to microtiter and deep-well plates. An automatic sensor blocks centrifuge operation until the door is locked. Once in operation, the sensor releases the door lock only when the centrifuge has stopped. Refrigerated model features CFC-free refrigerant. Stays within 1°C of set temperature when rotor is at maximum speed, and temperature is set at 5°C. Rotors for Allegra® X-22 and Allegra® X-22R Centrifuges ~ These rugged Beckman Coulter rotors are constructed from heavy-duty aluminum and are engineered to provide quiet, dependable service. Fixed angle rotors run at higher speeds for small volumes; swinging bucket rotors process large volumes at slower speeds. The Allegra X-22 series rotors accommodate tubes and bottles from 250µL to 250mL, up to 6 standard microplates, or 2 deep-well plates with a 96-well format. Rotors can be autoclaved or chemically sterilized.

Clay Adams® Sero-Fuge® 2000 Series Centrifuges, B-D
Designed for blood cell washing and separation procedures. Model 2001 centrifuges, 20903-607 and -605, spin at 3400 rpm (1000g RCF). Model 2002, 20903-609 spins: 3400 rpm (1000g RCF) or 2400 rpm (500g RCF). Digital display indicates speed or time. The 12-place rotor accommodates: twelve 10x75mm Sero-Tubes; twelve 12x75mm Kahn tubes; six 5ml VACUTAINER® tubes with stoppers; or twelve 5ml VACUTAINER tubes without stoppers. Designed to accept a variety of tubes, this centrifuge can accommodate interchangeable trunnions which insert easily into the micro-hematocrit rotor. Three operating modes: urine—6 minutes; blood—5 minutes; and microhematocrit—3 minutes, make this centrifuge versatile. Push-button modes are color-coded. Equipped with an automatic timer. Unit automatically shuts off if top is lifted to ensure the safety of the user.
